Is there some reason to believe it's not much easier to disguise the source of your hacks when you are the source compared to the difficulty of disguising the hacks of others to make them appear to emanate from a different source?
If so, please explain.
If not, your point would be?
Any programmer capable of breeching computer/network security is capable of making the attack appear to have emanated from wherever they like.
If Russian intelligence did in fact hack the DNC, why wouldn't they make it look like the North Koreans, or the Iranians or some other nation?
There were a number of tech experts that debunked the Russian hacking story as soon as it was pushed.
A first world intelligence agency is not going to leave a trail of their hacking (FBI director Comey confirmed this).
The Russians, and all the other first world intelligence agencies didn't leave a trail when they hacked Hillary's emails, so why would they leave a trail in the alleged hacks of the DNC?
The other question is why did the DNC refuse to allow the FBI to examine their computers/servers?
what number? You say a number of "tech experts" did some stuff, so where is it and why are they more believable than the federal government.... or is it one of those vague sorta "busloads" "wiretapp" stories..

The DNC refused to allow the FBI to examine their computers/servers.
