I'd like to offer than pulmonary emboli can occur after long periods of inactivity....legs were inactive due to being tied down...throw a clot from leg to lungs....causing death. Natural cause...?

LE needs further training on treatment of mentally ill...like most of the population.
The masses tend to expect those with serious mental illness to just snap out of it. The Schitophrenia Spectrum has no known cause and is not curable. Males are substantially more likely to be diagnosed with Schitophrenial than females. Average onset of symptoms is age 18, meaning half display symptioms earlier often times with the onset of puberty.
Symptoms can be treated with medication. No one can be forced to take medication unless court- ordered to do so. Even then...
Families often times cannot manage a family member with Schitzophrenia. Other times those with serious mental illness resist their families and decline medication.
The officer who laughed while watching the prisoner has the sensitivity of a rat.
Only cops and other State agents should have guns. Their decision-making and compassion are beyond reproach.
