He simply said Hitler did not use chemical weapons like Assad, which makes sense in that context although it's not the best wording.
He has apologized so many times and the media is talking about firing him already.

if obama has said the hitler didnt use chemical weapons, the liberals would be defending him, and i might do that as well. hitler didnt use chemical weapons on the battlefield so far as i know. he DID use chemical showers to kill jewish prisoners though.

The guy has zero credibility and is totally unfit to be a press secretary. And this is before he even made that Hitler comparison. He is ignorant and his command of the English language is lacking for someone in his role....

All in all, just another Trump appointee who is only hired because he is loyal to Trump, not because he's competent...

Why do the chemicals have to be in a battlefield to be considered weapons? A gun in your house is the same weapon as the same gun in a war zone. Hitler wasn't doing it to be friendly.

He is supposed to be the public mouthpiece of the president or something like that. Wording it as poorly as this, especially with the timing, is not good, to put it mildly.

Exactly right!

Let's be honest here, the left lost everything over the last 8 years. Because of their arrogance; remember when every other thread was about how the Republican Party was going extinct?

I'm not an R or a D, but if I were a thoughtful moderate liberal with common sense... I would be ashamed of the how the party that used to be for liberty and freedom has degraded into such a waste of ideological BS, so much that they are becoming the laughing stock of people with a brain.

The tribe keeps drinking the koolaid as they waste away into irrelevance. Pelosi re-elected as minority speaker, Schumer as the Senate leader? REALLY?

THEY became exactly what they claimed the pubs had become. Go figure the party of hypocrites is on the decline.

If NYC elects HRC as their mayor... it'll be the last nail in the coffin, guaranteed.

Do you even give a sht how trivial a thing your outrage is over?

Fine... Hitler used gas to kill Jews. Well, Asshat used chemicals to kill people as well. What exactly did Spicer say that made it seem it was right in either case?

FK me people have become idiots!

WTF is wrong with you people these days?

Agree. He is simply in over his head, in addition to having a crazy boss. Working for someone like that makes the job 10 times harder.

I'd like to know that as well! She has tarnished the SCOTUS and proved the left only elect political zealots. I will admit that Kagen is a decent judge, but apolitical she is not.

OH please spare us your attempt to be rational. You are one of the most one sided politically and ideologically corrupt posters in here pal!

We all know it, you know it, everyone knows it... bask in it.

It's a big deal for Spicer because it's important to a certain small group of people who exert a large amount of influence in the world of politics and media.

So Kushner will push him out?
