So what's gonna happen if you accidentally kill someone and get charged with vehicular homicide?
If the person lives, how are you gonna afford to go to court and pay out in the tens of thousands of dollars for causing the victim pain, suffering, and pay their medical bills? You can bet some idiot redneck in an early 90s pickup would be the first person to try this. And yes, the condition is if it wasn't an intention to hit the person. Good luck trying to prove that
aside from this bill not passing, just proof positive that Republicans should have their voting rights taken away. Too vindictive, spiteful, and uncivilized to have the right to vote
Looks like whogo would be the first to get the pants sued off of him
Well, after the guy who "bends the law a little too much" and runs down a few protestors, after they drag him out of the car and beat him to death, they can tell the legislators who came up with this idiotic law, that they sent this guy "home to Jesus"!
I'm sure the God believing and church attending Republicans are going to pass this bill. That's how the Liar in Chief got elected as YOUR president. Keep it up Republicans and show us the way to Jesus...
Wow. Some of you must be the ones out in the roadway protesting eh? Yall are mad....its simple the EVERYDAY Joe...has NOTHING to do with your silly protests so go block the garage exit for the police cars if you are mad at the cops NOT people trying to get to work.
