From the New Yorker:

"Recently, one of them, Senator Mark Warner, of Virginia, the ranking Democrat on the Intelligence Committee, privately told friends that he puts the odds at two to one against Trump completing a full term. (Warner’s spokesperson said that the Senator was “not referring specifically to the Russia investigation, but rather the totality of challenges the President is currently facing.”)"

Note the non-denial from Warner's spokesperson. Remember, Warner has seen classified intelligence that the public has not seen. Warner knows there's something cooking in the FBI kitchen...

Will be making lots of popcorn this year. Dis' goin' be good!

I can believe that. There are many reasons why Trump can be removed from office but he just took another step closer to the WH exit when he and the House Repugs passed the horrible healthcare bill today.

It certainly isn't going to MAGA. The midterm elections can't come soon enough!

I'd be more impressed if it came from a Republican.

Interesting. TNY has been doing excellent political articles.

Well, remember that Irish bookie organization looking at the odds of a variety of things in American politics:

Irish bookie puts odds on Trump

It's clear that Trump is clearly the most worthy of being ousted, the least worthy to be president of anyone in history, whether in terms of his total inexperience, his broad ignorance, his unstable temperament, his corruption and greed, his rudeness and vulgarity, his lack of self control (whether in terms of insulting tweeting or harassing pussygrabbing), his complete lack of empathy for disadvantaged people, or pretty much anything else.

I suspect Trump will be removed any minute now - BUT they need the help of all Progressives to make it happen. This is crucial!!!

Once every 10 minutes - you must stand at absolute attention and Click you Heels together for 60 seconds, then turn in very fast circles with arms straight up for another 60 seconds.

IF you can get enough people to really, really commit - this will work and the Nation can be SAVED.

I just finished listening to a program on NPR, where they interviewed the New Yorker reporter, who wrote this article :

How Trump Could Get Fired - The New Yorker

It was a very interesting program, and they talked about the reasons Donald Trump could be impeached, and not all of them need to be due to misconduct or something illegal. Just finding him unfit, mentally, would be enough, and that doesn't mean he has to be found crazy, just that he does not possess the sound reasoning necessary to carry out his duties.

The one example they mentioned is where Trump tweeted that he had an "armada steaming toward NK", when, in fact, they were heading the opposite direction. That sort of instability could cause an opponent of ours to react in a very serious way, and consider us on the verge of attacking them.

I think the one thing that Trump supporters will need to come to grips with, in the coming months, is that Donald Trump is going to be scrutinized and people like politicians (both R and D), mental health professionals, law scholars, and judges, will be at the forefront of wanting the house and senate to consider if he is fit to serve out his term, or not. Impeachment is not out of the question, by a country mile.

It is going to be very interesting.

And yet, he is still President.

Shrug. Its a hard bet to gauge. 50/50 before years end is not unreasonable depending on the wording of the bet. I bought in at 4-1, and am holding for the moment. because there are a lot of variables. Hes old, eats horribly, and could just keel over-imagine the accusations and conspiracy theories!, he could get removed, heck 1 in 10 presidents get shot!
