I see at this point 0% chance of this happening despite what some on the left say.
But I could see more GOP behind this effort than democrats. Trump is removed and Pence is president. Does not really benefit the democrats, he is way more conservative than Trump and not nearly as controversial. Most republicans in congress probably like Pence more than Trump. He is an establishment guy unlike Trump.
Either way not happening.

Even if Trump were removed from office, Pence would continue to appoint conservative originalists to the court.
And here's the kicker...if Pence took over today, he would be eligible to run for two more full terms.
By the end of Pence's hypothetical second full term in 2028, Sotomayor would be 74 and Kagan would be 69.
Pence is only 57 and politically palatable to most of the country.
I am not surprised given how unhinged the Dems have been since losing the election. Remember all the crazy attempts to stop him from being inaugurated?

They have no reason to remove Trump from office, and the only means would be impeachment, and the bar for removal is very high. Ain't gonna happen, pal.
And if they didn't remove Obama, when there actually was cause for impeachment, there is zero chance that Trump will be impeached, because there is zero cause.
Dream on, dude. Suck it up, buttercup. We put up with Obama for eight long and painful years. You can certainly endure the prosperity and freedom that the Trump presidency is bringing you.
