Same.

No difference what so ever.

But to be honest. This question will be better asked a year or so after tax reform has passed.

No difference. Gas prices are up but don't know that there's a correlation.

Kids at my son's middle school were very obnoxious about the win, screaming MAGA in people's faces. That's quieted down.

It was good before and now it's fantastic....houses and lots get snatched up as soon as they're offered.

The industry I'm in (Consulting on International Design/Build Projects) has definitely picked up since Trump was elected.

He's been in office three months and has enacted no economic policy. It's Obama's economy.

I don't attribute my good, bad or otherwise outcomes to any POTUS.

No change in local economy.

The local real estate market has been and remains sluggish. This is what happens when big employers who used to transfer employees with a drop of a hat.

The latest defection is GE Healthcare who is moving to Chicago to be able to better attract Millenials who have no interest in the suburbs.

Massive suburban office parks are becoming dinosaurs. So many now work from home. This trend is national and has nothing to do with who is in office.

Nothing has changed around here, oil isn't still struggling but it isn't better than a few months ago.
