Nope, not a "start." Been going on for years. See my post 22. This operation began under the Bush administration, just like the border fence in El Paso Spicer and Mulvaney were trying to promote as part of the new Trump wall.
Trump is not a magician or a god like some of his supporters would like to believe. He's just better at marketing the few accomplishments made while he's been in office.
Yeah I am seriously interested. Does ICE have some justification for arresting mostly Americans? Are they all drug or preople smugglers?
ICE is out of control, they have never had a reputation for being very smart or using good judgement, that idiot Kelly gave them a license to be even more thuggish than they usually are

Why are they arresting US citizens you ask.
Think about it some.
Arrest 1st then check their citizenship.
Now, how would they know if they were citizens upon arrest???
So many of you out there quick to judge, put down, and slam.
They had better have had cause to arrest them because this will be scrutinized and ICE has always had a reputation for engaging in 'extra judicial' activities.
“Of the 1,378 total arrests, 1,095 were confirmed to be gang members or affiliates of a gang… including mostly Bloods, followed by Sureños, MS-13 and the Crips,” reports CNN, citing ICE.
Hopefully, there will be more arrests soon. These people are truly awful. For examples:
Members of Mara Salvatrucha, also known as MS-13, have been charged with murders including a 15-year-old girl in Houston, Texas, and also of two friends, aged 15 and 16, in New York’s Long Island in September, whose bodies were found raped, beaten with baseball bats and hacked with machetes,” reports The Independent.
Have you thought that maybe some of those citizens were arrested along with illegals. It didn't say they were deported.
