"Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson now says there’s a “real possibility” that he will make a White House run.

“A year ago, it started coming up more and more,” the “Fate of the Furious” star tells GQ in a story published Wednesday. “There was a real sense of earnestness, which made me go home and think 'Let me really rethink my answer and make sure I am giving an answer that is truthful and also respectful.'”

Johnson, who spoke at the Republican National Convention in 2000 and attended the Democratic National Convention that same year, tells the mag he’s registered as an independent."

I am not a fan of the presidency being basically a popularity contest. But at least this guy is nice.

Oh my god I've been saying this for months lol. Whichever party he ran for, the other side would be screwed.

I think he's more than nice, he has a ton of charisma, is well-informed, poise and is easy on the eye no less! LOL!

He reminds me of an Obama but even more likeable 'cus he actually appeals to both Repugs and Dems

At this point anyone is better than our mentally unstable toddler-in-chief.

One of the downsides of Trump becoming president... it is now amateur hour.

I like outsiders running for office - but they need to serve somewhere in government first... federal, state, local - I don't care - just have some experience.

I'd support him initially just off of how I "perceive" him to be.

Honestly more than a Trump or career politician, I want a good person in the office. Who cares about people. Even over money
