LOL... "search" is a great tool on this site. How the tables have turned with respect to "immunity" and "taking the fifth".. its really pathetic, actually. Both sides. You can turn the clock back 7 months and basically look at the same thread but posters opinions flipped.

Innocent people don't do this. He knows he's guilty, he's just playing different angles to try to get a plea deal.

It is alleged he lobbied the administration to not attack ISIS in Raqqa, reflecting Turkey's position, and Turkey paid him six figures. If this is proven true of course that is a serious crime.
+1

We have to assume now that he was essentially an foreign intelligence operative embedded in the White House by another foreign operative, Donald Trump.

Can somebody smarter than me (that's most of you) tell me what happens next? I know he can be forced to testify, but now? By whom?

And can we all agree that Flynn, now being denied immunity, looks really suspect by refusing to testify voluntarily???

Right now it's simply a denial to cooperate with a Congressional investigation, which although is weighty, it's not criminal in of itself.

Now if DOJ, aka Meullers team, subpoenaes them? Whole different ballgame. You're in the big leagues now.

Flynn must be sharting his pants about now...

Also, the same guy who said getting immunity 'means you have probably committed a crime'.
