I think all but the most radical liberals would prefer people prevent pregnancy first. Don't be foolish, conservatives have abortions too. I have a buddy who is conservative, and pro-life. But this is after his highschool girlfriend had an abortion and he defends it because he thought they were too young. I'm not judging him, I've never been in his shoes. I also have tempered my stance on abortion since having 2 children myself.

Education and prevention could go a long way.
