Fun fact. Since the election there have been 23 special elections. Democrats have won 12 of them. Republicans 11.

More interesting though is the changes from prior elections. The difference in voting results is a massive 14.4 point change. This is the sort of change that spells doom for gerrymandered states. Anything over 9 points suddenly turns gerrymandered areas into bombs. Instead of helping Republicans, they will suddenly do the exact opposite.
