So, pay for the wall - which, lest we forget, is actually free for the United States - by skimming money from workers in the US who send money back their families to help them out? And to make this extra disgusting, it only applies to certain shades of brown.

This is a great idea. It should be 30% not 2% that would be the only thing I would change.
