And liberals are giddy with excitement. Except this Politico headline could have been written in so many other ways.It could also have been titled Poll: Democrats hate Trump and want Him Impeached.

There's a problem with that though, as Politico admits -

"Much of the support for impeaching Trump comes from political considerations, the poll shows — not a belief that Trump is actually guilty of impeachable offenses, like treason, bribery or obstructing justice." Poll: Support for Trump impeachment rises - POLITICO

Say what Politico? Political considerations? Please explain -

"Of those who want Congress to move toward impeachment, a 54-percent majority of those believe Trump “has proven he is unfit to serve and should be removed from office, regardless of whether he committed an impeachable offense or not.” Only 43 percent of those seeking impeachment believe Trump has committed an offense that meets the high constitutional standards for removal."

Damn, you Democrats couldn't beat him in the polling booth so you think if you hate him badly enough that's grounds for impeachment? Why yes, they do -

"A wide majority of self-identified Democratic voters, 71 percent, want Congress to impeach Trump. But more than three-quarters of GOP voters, 76 percent, don’t think Congress should begin impeachment proceedings."

I bet you're all pinning your hopes on Comey and his "bombshell" allegations.

Hate is one thing they have going for them. It doesnt pay off at the polls. Hillary ran on hate, not issues.

How is this news? Just look at all the nutjobs around here that wanted Obama tossed out over his birth certificate and now we have their counterparts on the far left wanting a guilty verdict without filing charges.

People are crazy. That is all there is to it.

Wait until Comey testifies that Trump did ask him to back off the Flynn investigation. Can you say "obstruction of justice"?

Nope. I didn't believe them even BEFORE the election. Why would we believe the same polls from the news groups that give us fake news? Polls are even easier to fake.

How would you like to be a Repub who has to go home and explain your support for a clown who has accomplished nothing other than disparage/embarrass the Office of the President.

That is causing even the Republicans to secretly line up on the "impeach him" side in lieu of having to explain him.

Let's see, who is calling him an embarrassment? Why, it's the liberal media...so bfd. We all know which side they're playing.

You have a list of those secret Republicans? No? I didn't think so.
