Why are Liberals so obsessed about making decisions based solely on if it will make other people like us? If companies did that, most would be bankrupt and shut down.
You have that wrong - expecting our representatives (prez, etc.) to act like grownups is not "making decisions based solely on if it will make other people like us". I don't care if the brits like us or not, but I do expect the president to act like a grownup, at least in public, because it is the right thing to do.
And? This may come as a shock but not being PC is in no way, shape, or form a guarantee of being anything other than non-PC, the non-PC subject may well still be a raving lunatic, an idiot, a jackass, any number of things that make for a poor leader, PC or not.
Trump & his supporters don't understand that. It's too complicated for their very simple, undeveloped brains. The rest of us get it.

The only thing he achieves is becoming the center of attention, and it's pretty clear he and his followers thrive on that. "Look at us, we can't be ignored!". You elected the class clown, God help you.

The mayor said that people should expect to see increased police presence in the next few days and not to be alarmed by it. He was not telling people they shouldn't be upset about the attack.
After 9-11 our allies invoked article V. Our dear leader insults our strongest ally ' s mayor. Disgusting.

He really needs to shut the hell up. We should be offering our support to our ally, not misquoting and deriding the mayor of their largest city.
