It's a 'yes' or 'no' question but Trump has refused to admit he has recorded conversations with Comey.

My suspicion is he delaying it so the recordings can be edited or created. It's pretty easy to do that these days with synthetic voice generators. The question is perfecting the recording so it so it doesn't sound fake...

The question is, is it beyond him to do this? And how can we tell the difference between a fake and real recording?

He's the president. He has nothing better to do? I mean I don't see anything getting done.

And what is so hard about answering a question and not treating the business of running the country like a teaser ad for a reality show?

Its simple. If he has them, he has to turn them over, and destroying them is a crime.

If he doesnt have them, then he is on record attempting to intimidate a witness, ALSO a possible crime.

Kind of catch 22. But if he never admits it either way....well that cat remains dead and alive until the waveform is collapsed.

Because since he is in the WH, he feels he can say or do whatever he pleases and his supporters will back him up no matter what. Crooked Trump is unpresidential and doesn't deserve the title as President.

Dip the mic in hot sauce. If it doesn't record a request for a drink of water ..........its fake.

There are no tapes. Its a head fake and it worked.

How did it work? If the are no tapes, Trump looks guilty of trying to intimidate a witness.

Maybe he should just say he lost them/deleted them....or better yet, just beat them to a pulp with a hammer.....or maybe even he could wipe them with a cloth...
