Gary Ridgway was convicted of killing 49 women (and claims he killed many more) in December 2003 yet he is alive and well at the prison in Walla Walla.
A death sentence in PA is like a life sentence, there was like two or three people put to death in the last 30 years. If I recall correctly one of them by their own hand because they refused an appeal that was not automatic. The major difference with a death sentence in PA is you spend 23 hours a day in a cell by yourself. It's probably a worse punishment than death.

What they're not saying is just who this kid's parents are and who they're in business with. They own properties and 90 acres in Bucks County is worth a small fortune. I don't blame the parents, but they seem to have connections to be kept out of the media's eye.
Following up a little it looks the death sentence was removed for one guy who confessed and did lead cops to one of the bodies. The families of the victims ok'd it so I guess it's not up to us. Vengeance is mine, and recompense sayeth the Lord.
They killers will have to answer.
According to some, Cosmo didn't do it. I have it on good authority that 35% of the regulars on this site think the Clintons had the four young men killed.
PA rarely executes murderers and it's unlikely he or partner were going to get it anyways. So this was a clever gambit to get him to confess and lead authorities to the bodies. It works out better than his lawyer telling him not to talk.
