Great new book out there that explains alot of the incompetence going on right now with republican mainstream politicians like ryan , graham etc. .It would be hard to tell that republican are at their strongest position in 100 years with how weak they have been with these russian hearings and being so submissive to democrats and the media.

Ryan even came out today and said we were not elected to defend trump, what the hell were you elected for? stopping illegal immigration, health care bill, balanced budget, america first trade policires. Ryan is a cancer in the republican party

"Though Donald Trump conquered the Republican Party, relatively few “Trump Republicans” followed his lead in the 2016 election or later. Conventional Republicans were dumbfounded by his victory—even using their surprise as an explanation why they didn’t have an Obamacare replacement bill ready

[ One Reason The GOP health bill is a mess: No one thought Trump would win , by Paul Kane, Washington Post, July 6, 2017].

There is a crying need for a populist “Trump Caucus” within the party the President ostensibly leads. A key figure: Paul Nehlen, who heroically challenged GOP House Speaker Paul Ryan during the 2016 primaries on a nationalist platform. And now, with Wage The Battle, Nehlen has laid out the playbook for Trump Republicans.

Nehlen is important for two reasons.

Even by Stupid Party standards, Paul Ryan has been an utter disaster, failing not only to push through President Trump’s agenda, but even the GOP Establishment’s agenda.

The “unified Republican government” that Speaker Ryan promised is indistinguishable from the second term of Barack Obama. In contrast, Nehlen consistently and clearly warned about Ryan’s feckless leadership during his primary campaign—and now, unfortunately, he is being proved correct.

Today's establishment Republicans are virtually indistinguishable from the Democratic party of Kennedy's day 50 years ago. The one difference being that modern RINOs are totally worthless as elected officials and as human beings.

I have read enough history to know where maniacs like Paul Nehlen would lead us. That is not a good place.

Very true. I think he is starting to see what he is really up against . There will be no excuses for the incompetence of the republicans this time. The democrats now have the fewest number of state legislatures in their entire history and Republicans have both legislative branches in their control the most state-elected lawmakers in office in 100 years so there are no more excuses this time

The same populsit anger that elected trump could turn against mainstream republicans, no one gave right winger corey stewart a a chance in virginia and he came within a point of beating the mainstream republican

The "Trumpian" rebellion against the Republican establishment goes all the way back to Pat Buchanan's 1992 attempt to primary HW Bush. There, the seed that would one day sprout in the form of Trump was planted.

"Nationalist Trump Republicans" who kowtow to the Russians and who don't give a damn if our Country is overrun and treated like a third world hellhole by a foreign adversary hardly sound like "Republican Nationalist" to me. They are Trumpists only. A definition of a Trumpist is a self-serving individual whose goal is not national interest advancement but self-profit and aggrandizement at the expense of the greater good and Constitutional government.

Let us hope the Country is smart enough to turn away from third world Trumpism.
