There is a pending sale of his hedge fund to a Chinese company, so he's not eligible for hire. Scaramucci is in no way employed by the federal government and yet, is reportedly firing government employees. Just when you thought this administration couldn't get any stranger.

I'm sure the money comes out of the Trump Foundation and is flagged as expenses. Trump gives his money away to no one. He gives other people's money to people and claims he did it.
