To become a naturalized U.S. citizen, you must pass the naturalization test. At your naturalization interview, you will be required to answer questions about your application and background. You will also take an English and civics test unless you qualify for an exemption or waiver.
English is a second language for most in India, not first. and even then, only 12% of their population speaks it.
India has a population of 1.3 BILLION people. If your 12 percent is correct, that means 120 million people in India speak English. That's more than 1/3 the entire population of the United States. That's about double the population of Canada and Australia combined. Only 12 percent? BTW, China alone has about 150 million people that speak English.
The lefty narrative that this immigration proposal is racist is a huge fail. Try again.

Acosta simply picked two countries that have english as their first language, India might have more english speakers than australia but most indians don't speak english. thus most indians would be unable to even apply.
Is that clear enough for ya dog? Do you get it, because clearly it went right over Miller's head, by a mile.
It must be hard for smart folk like acosta when talking to mental dullards like Miller. Miller did not understand that only in countries where english is the first language can the entire pop meet the bar, for most countries the vast majority don't have english or enough spoken english to pass . (only about 10% of indians speak english thus about 90% are ruled out instantly)
thus just a handful of countries would meet the bar. Acosta does not get twenty mins to list the countries so instead he picked the obvious ones that everyone would know, and Millers feigned shock was childish and while it might play well to racists at least 70% of the pop are not buying it.
Your comparison of Acosta's intellect vs. Miller's shows you are either a hardened tool of the Left or are shockingly uninformed about public figures.
Miller could take on any adversary. Noone is quicker on their feet while speaking.
You should be angry that your grade school teachers let you down.

Winner of the most delusional post of the week. Congrats dog
Not surprising at all that Trumplings would struggle with grasping that.
A simple question? He was giving a 10 minute far left bleeding heart liberal speech which he failed to say anything factual at all. It was as if Soros sent him there himself. What a joke CNN is.
Acosta is supposed to be a REPORTER not an opinion jockey. He's not supposed to offer his opinion on anything. The White House should pull his White House credentials.
But we didn't see his report -- you see him asking the question. Did you see his report later?
Those questions aren't their news report -- it's the information gathering for the report LATER.
I do agree -- if later he gives the speech and the opinion then yeah he's doing an editorial not news.
But at that moment he wasn't presenting the news -- he was asking a question - -perhaps a leading question but that can be considered an interview tactic.
