How silly. Trump has been fairly consistent since he started running.

You must be thinking of Hillary Clinton, Obama, John Kerry and the usual assortment of Democrats who are "for" something before they are "against" it.

Any direction to departments not to enforce Obamacare...reversed. Whether you like it or not, it's still the law so everything that Trump does to undermine it will change. Net neutrality...reversed. I'm sure we can be a belated signer to the Paris Climate agreement. Without any real legislation, all he's done is delay the inevitable once someone competent gets elected.

When was the last time a constitutional Amendment was ratified? and even that can be changed, or abolished.

Question is, what has any President done, that cannot be changed, later?

This largely depends on if a future administration wants to enter into such an agreement and other legislative action. In 2007 the EPA won a SCOTUS decision giving them the right to regulate CO2 under the current Clean Air Act. The Democrats 2009 energy bill that only passed the House would of amended the Clean Air Act and stripped the EPA of this power. A Republican bill that has been on the back burner for about decade now would also do the same thing.

Trump has a very aggressive domestic energy policy with Republicans onboard, if that bill is signed into law the decision by SCOTUS would be rendered moot and CO2 regulations would then be required to come from Congress. A unilateral agreement from just the administration like the Paris Accord would never be possible and neither would any regulations inside the US without specific legislation.

Evidently, Obamacare.

But Trump's cabinet has been established to downsize things like HUD, EPA, Department of State and more. These things will be tough to re-create and for the most part we should hope they are never re-created.

The People of The Left keep demanding a list of accomplishments even as Trump rescinds one executive order after another. They whoop it up when an immigration bill fails and do not notice when ICE deports thousands of illegals. They happily pay their inflated health care premiums and then scream with glee when the GOP cannot fix it.

The People of The Left are strange creatures. They do not know that Trump is about even with Obama with regard to judicial appointments. The Left thinks that talking about Russia and Mueller will turn the tide in some way. They do not know that the wave of conservative judicial appointees will have much more impact on history than a story about Russia.

Obama worked hard to "fundamentally change America". It will take a lot of work to put it back and so far Trump is doing pretty well.
Maybe in 2018 we'll get enough Republicans in the legislature the get the job done.

I didn't think of the Supreme court appointment. I'll give people that. As for this question, everything is reversible but my point is how easily reversible everything Trump has done will be. Look at healthcare. THat was a law passed by congress. It's not very easy to get rid of as we can see. If he somehow gets it repealed and replaced, that will be incredibly hard to change. If he spearheads a change in tax laws and the tax brackets, that will be another thing that will be hard to change or will take time. Everything so far will be gone with a stroke of a pen by the next President.

Anything done by EO can be reversed.

It is failing on it's own. No need for anyone to touch that monster.

Maybe after it fails Dems will try to work on getting something better.

Correct and this why Obama's legacy is slowing be erased. We are not even a year into this Presidency, making predictions about what is going to be reversed is a bit premature.

This line of thinking is so cute. He got luck in November, running against a witch who was totally unlikable, and you think he's some sort of hero the country is in love with. Then he takes office and it's as if he has no idea how our government works, so weird. What follows is one scandal after another while passing NONE of his main campaign promises. Even if he clears Russia there is no reason to believe scandal, drama and low approval ratings will not continue.

Enjoy your 3.5 years, assuming he makes it that long.
