Because you don't like what he did?
Congress has no legal basis to impeach over it and even then, it does not remove Trump from office.
The only way you get Trump out of office is, find someone that can match his cunning and wit, to run against him in 2020, or kill him.

It would not be an obstruction of Justice, just like Comey's firing.
The investigation goes on.

Why do you want to get rid of Mueller?

Comey has been gone for months now. You don't know if he is under investigation any more than the rest of us.

3.) Get the new prosecutor to subpenoa the Obama surveillance stuff as evidence against Trump. Now the Obama regime would HAVE to hand it over as part of the evidence

4.) If it does show evidence of collusion, then we'll throw the book at Trump just like we did with Nixon. If, on the other hand, it shows there wasn't any or appears to have nothing related to collusion, then

a.) The defense could play that to their advantage.
b.) Obama and his regime would now have to explain what they were doing with the surveillance and could face prosecution for the very stuff that got Nixon in trouble.
Just a point on number 2;

Anyone loyal to 'Trump' should not be investigating anything to do with Trump. What you want is someone loyal to the United States. They respect the office of the presidency as just another public office, not one that serves as the surrogate for America's hero, or whatever it is you mean by loyal to Trump.

Trump can't fire him even if he wanted to, but Rosenstein can and won't without a good reason.

From what I hear this is Mueller you are describing. Makes me wonder why all the Trumplings (including Trump himself) want him gone.

Trump can tell the entire FBI to go home tomorrow and not come back. They serve at the privilege of the President, as do all the alphabet agencies.

There are 2 ways Trump could have Mueller fired, and one of them led to Nixon's downfall
Quote:
For Trump to order Mueller's firing with no good reason, then, "would be insane even by Trump-era standards," Wright said. And it's possible Rosenstein could refuse, meaning he would have to resign or Trump would have to fire him, which would create a situation eerily reminiscent of Nixon's "Saturday Night Massacre."

Since nothing from Mueller's investigations has yet been revealed, this delusional proposal shows a great fear of what truths about Trump might be discovered. His cult seems to have the idea that he has some kind of special immunity for all his actions and that it is improper to hold him accountable, as anyone else would be.
