It's pretty sad when it has come to this. People salivating at an unfortunate situation because it aligns with their narrative against Trump. Really sick. It's not helping your cause nor your party. It's having the opposite effect as you're ruthlessness continues to be exposed.

And if that guy who rammed the crowd had been a Democrat who worked on Hillary's campaign, you cons would have done what exactly? Hypocrisy much?

The cons would have spent a zillion threads here trumpeting how violent the left is. Anybody who says otherwise is a big fat liar.

Don't be thick.

Only an idiot would waste a good tragedy. This is politics. For better or worse. Let's not pretend Trump wouldn't do the same thing. Let's not pretend that he already hasn't. Any politician worth the corporate money they accept to ignore the people at large exploits tragedy for policy moves.

I believe Bismarck called this the 'sausage making of government.' The process of making sausage is disgusting, by the way. The point is that you need to have a stomach for it. Most people don't. It's admirable, but most of us also recognize that this is what happens and most politicians who don't jump on those morally gray opportunities don't stay in office very long.

Gloated and branded all liberals as violent criminals and reason to further support Trump who will impose "law and order." Let's not play dumb here.

What is "really sick" is Neo-Nazi outsiders posing in their Trumptrooper uniforms (red hats, white polos, khaki slacks), descending on a rural town where they disagree with a local decision, then one murders and maims (manly locals) plowing his car through a group - and then Trump gives a weak statement blaming "...many sides.. many sides.". Trump brings the criticism on himself.
