Just want to acknowledge Texas House Speaker Joe Straus for effectively blocking passage of Govenor Abbott's discriminatory trans bathroom bill. Not easy to take a stand against your own party. This bill would have cost Texas millions in business's going elsewhere, in addition to being blatantly discriminatory. So refreshing to have a voice of reason in the Texas GOP!

Now Jerry Jones will get the 2018 NFL draft he has worked so hard for. The NHL draft, NCAA Final Four and other events stay in Texas.
