Our government has killed far more innocent people for no reason than the "neo-nazis" so I would say yes.

I was going to make a similar observation, but why bother. lol... everyone believes 6 million died at Auschwitz, let them believe the lie. In the end the lesson is the same.... be tolerant towards others and don't kill them because they are different. The line between a free society and a dictatorship is not as clearly defined as one might think and a culture can swing from one to another in very subtle ways. With that said, there are many who see that the jews in Germany at that time were in fact communist and were trying to control the German people and take over at that time. In the end, that history will never make it into the history books and the real truth will die, as most truth does, since history is written by the victors. In the end the message is what really matters. We don't want to be wholesale slaughtering or controlling people in the future if we can avoid it. We want everyone to live life to their full potential, in peace, well adjusted. There's plenty of resources for everyone, with a little common sense and good engineers. It will take some work, but I think we'll make it happen.

While neo-nazis are currently *en vouge* there really aren't that many of them anymore (thankfully).

With that said, I'm vastly less concerned about them than say state sponsored religious fundamentalism which is a global pandemic.

On top of that, I think we have our own domestic forces like large urban politically protected police forces that are a VASTLY greater danger to minorities in this country than the KKK at this point in history.

I don't think "everyone believes 6 million died at the Auschwitz camp" itself, that's painting with a wide, flawed brush.
Do YOU know the actual tally (I do)? How's about how many were killed in total by the Nazis or is/was that a lie as well?

Historically? Isn't this group organized and recognized only within the last couple years?

Is there some other group I haven't thought of that is worse than any of these, or are the neo nazis the pinnacle of all that is evil?
Some communists have some redeeming qualities. Take Lenin; despite the horrors he caused, I genuinely don't think his intentions were bad, certainly not comparable to Stalin or Hitler. So, I think Nazis are slightly worse. Though in a competition like "who's the worst" not coming in first isn't exactly a victory.

As for Islamists, I'm not sure I buy that they've killed more than the Nazis. Though it sort of depends on what you mean by Islamist. If you mean just Muslim, then yeah. Of course. I guess I've never looked into it. A similar deal with Communists though; Islamists are basing their views off of a very fundamental reading of a religious text that many also read, though don't decide they should start killing people. While the Islamists themselves may not have redeeming qualities, the broad ideology potentially could.

So, I guess in order of bad:
1. Nazi
2. Islamist
3. Communists

Again, being the second and third more violent and authoritarian ideologies is not meant as a compliment and all extremism is bad.

They can loosely be tied or associated with communist in the 1920s that battled in the streets with fascist/nazis in Germany or where else in Europe.

We had mass immigration 1880-1920 then again from 1965. I think it brought more of these kind of ideas and people and conflicts into the country.
