If you recall he tweeted about his weeks ago and now he's ready to implement it. Nice way of taking our minds away from Charlottesville and his recent spat with the Repugs. Looks like another case for the SCOTUS is in the making...

The majority of Americans want transgender folks to serve and his generals are NOT in favor of this ban. By moving forward with the ban anyway, Trump has ignored most Americans and his generals and will create unnecessary chaos...
Why is that? Perhaps it has to do with rolling back more of what Obama did? He's so hell bent on reversing all that Obama did that he could care less about a group that he claims to support - the LGBTQ... Yes, transgenders fall into that group.

Why did Trump get involved with this anyway? There was no problem at all with Transgendered people in the military. Was the religious right pressuring him or something? This president is out of touch with everything!
I would support a ban on taxpayer funded sex change operations, but why shouldn't a transgendered person be allowed to fight if they are able to? If we ever had to reinstate the draft, dodgers could just claim they are transgendered.
There are an estimated 15,000 transgender individuals serving in the military -- true patriots serving our country, unlike Trump who dodged the draft because of "heel spurs." What is his intention? to just boot all these current military troops out?
