why do we have to do anything, he want us to do first strike. why not just stop talking about him, stop giving him any attention and just watch, the first itch that he scratch, need a cruise missile on his head. nobody else but him. do a Qaddafi on him, blow his house from around him.
McMaster.."We've been kicking the can down the road..and now we're out of road."
This statement is about as accurate as it gets. Numerous policies through various administrations have failed. Clinton tried appeasement and aid, failed. Bush tried the hard line, failed. Obama closed his eyes and hoped they would go away, failed.
There is nothing we need to do about N. Korea except to get our troops out of S. Korea.
We are required by treaty to protect both South Korea and Japan. That is why we are there, North Korea is threatening bough South Korea and Japan with nuclear attack and now he has the missles to threaten us too. Hiding under the bed will not make the bad guys go away. We need to stand up to the bully and protect our people and allies from a nuclear bully. I think it's fair to say we have everything we can to avoid a terrible war, however the NK dictator gets more aggressive every day. I'm afraid war is getting really hard to avoid.

I hate war. Maybe if the US and allies begin shooting down his missiles Kim Jong-un would get the message and war could be averted.
If not, I hope the US and allies utterly destroy NK as opposed to a protracted war costing thousands of allied lives.
If politics were removed from war, there would be fewer wars.

Are you willing to risk nuclear missiles hitting American soil? He's threatening us, too, ya know.

And so we need urgently to go to war now, because...? His missiles have gotten better? Raytheon stock needs a boost? We'll be greeted as liberators?
