That's a very positive action! However, the press will spend much less time on this than on the crazy behavior and other antics....

"pledged", not actually given anything yet. He has a bad track record of follow through.

But, this is certainly the wrong forum for this announcement, no matter how you look at it.

That's right... Obama is too busy golfing to the tune of 1.1 million tax payer dollars a year & Hillary has a book to sell.

If he's telling the truth about how rich he is, that's like giving a fiver. Not impressed.

It doesn't take much to impress the public of course. Like the insurance company that does the nets behind field goals...they've gotten many years of continuous mentions in countless broadcasts, but their grand total all-time donation is roughly the cost of getting a few commercials in a single game.
