Rahm has been a very ineffectual Mayor whose claim to fame is leading Chicago toward bankruptcy, ramping up property taxes and dong nothing effective about highly escalating gang violence...but if he makes Chicago a safe haven for criminals, at least they will vote for him....smart move by Rahm.
Like obama, rham's career and legacy is totally dependant on a propaganda machine.
He can say and do anything he wants and knows he is protected.
Would not doubt that rham will follow in the tradition of chicago mayors and do a stint in prison.
Rham is a walking, talking joke to the rest of the country depite the media supporting him.
