I don't understand. This doesn't happen in other developed countries such as Japan. Yet the USA has the most heavy-handed incarceration system in the developed world. What's wrong with this country?

How come you never see mobs of poor white people, poor Asians, poor Jews, poor American Indians looting?
That's what I was wondering. Looting must be a racially influenced pass time since every picture of looting I've seen have been by Blacks. Maybe it's just a cultural thing? Is it all about getting free stuff when ever and where ever you can?
