Shouldn't all lefties be happy that Trump is actually a Democrat?

I am very angry! I can only tell myself that at least I didn't vote for Hillary.

Settle down.

You didn't elect a Democrat.

You elected an egomaniac with no true ideology other than saying what he needed to say to "win".

He wants to "win" regardless of what "winning" actually means.

Really? Most Trumps supporters I've seen on here so far have been happy with it, boasting about Trump's bipartisanship.

I, for one, am pleased, but I won't celebrate until the actual legislation gets passed that enshrines DACA into law. As I've said in an earlier post, we should be rooting for the results we want, not for our politicians to score petty political points against the ones we don't like.

Making deals with the devil is not bipartisanship! Pelosi and Schumer and the entire Democrat party will impeach Trump for his smallest mistake right after they get the majority back.

Those people are delusional.

I don't care about party but I did expect to see an end to the "dreamer junk." These people are costing our country money we don't have. Next thing you know they will be throwing grandma under the bus to placate these illegals. No amnesty and no nothing else more should be given to these parasites.

"Trump is a centrist." I'm a centrist too but what is going on now is to the far left and too far to the left for me. You got their names. Send them packing.

well, I just realized that I elected another American politician. I guess I deserve it when my friends told me, "I told you so!"

One person close to Trump said the latest deal-making could be just a way to change the narrative about a lack of accomplishments and "get himself out of a jam." But he also focuses intently on news media coverage and has told associates that it has improved in recent days since he began working with Pelosi and Schumer.

GOP feels betrayed by Trump’s dealmaking with Dems - POLITICO

Trump is all about Trump.

If Trump continues working with the Dems why would they impeach him and put Pence in?

If anything it is more likely the GOP will impeach him to put Pence in if he keeps dealing the the Dems.

Reality is if he keeps the Dems happy it will be impossible to impeach him. You need 67 out of 100 in the senate to confirm removal of office. Perhaps this is reason for this shift.

I never really cared about the wall paid by the Mexicans, nor do I think all dreamers should be deported.

I voted Trump because he didn't sound like a war criminal to me. So, so far, so good, for me. I will see what he is going to do with the military and va; I also am waiting for the corporate tax reform.
