You are free to think what you want to. Views, opinions etc. It isn't always acceptable to act upon them. Pretty sure we don't need thought police. Only extremists seek to control how people think.
While it's awful, it's not unlawful to hold ignorant views. You are free to feel, believe, think, celebrate, and be religious or otherwise. You cross the line when you do anything anything illegal to promote your cause. Go protest peacefully or choose to ignore ignorance. The problem comes when you truly believe that your way is the only way and you disrespect the right of someone who is polar opposite of you to exercise that same right. One size does not fit all and no matter how hard you try to promote that ideology, you will fail. Accept, respect, live and let live. Keep the fanatical emotion out of it.
Ok, so people are in favor of ignorance, hate, divisiveness and a country NOT based on its founding principles.
No wonder the USA is already "2nd world" and headed back toward 3rd world status quickly. Heck, even hundreds of years ago people had basic common sense.
Well, we can put one thing to bed. The Nazis we saw marching are not an anomaly - they are a bonafide part of the American Right.
i personally do not think it is acceptable to hold hateful view points, and i will oppose them at every turn. that said however, i will defend ones right to be stupid and how what ever view point they wish.

wrong, completely wrong. the issue here is not whether one is ok with hate and divisiveness, the issue here is free speech.
