In what way? This communist has failed her people at ever level. San Juan is a hell hole bleeding population to Florida in record numbers. San Juan can not supply it's citizens with their basic needs. Why aren't people asking her why she didnt use bail out money to fix their infrastructure? Why shes on TV standing in front of pallets of food claiming that people are starving to death? Why wasn't there a detailed plan of how to recover from a major hurricane? Shes the failure, not trump.

Well you obviously never been to Puerto Rico or a predominately Puerto Rican neighborhood in the Northeast or Florida. Very few are actually white.
