Fear is handled in many ways, some become even more arrogantly agitated the more fearful they become, and some go into seeking out every means of vengeful assault among the many many ways that Fear impacts the human psyche.
Now, if Trump is literally too dumb to be afraid, that's truly sad. I don't think he is specifically that brazenly dumb, but he is prone to go into levels of enhanced arrogance and heighten means of seeking vengeful attack when he becomes fear-filled, and he will lash out at anything and anyone. Then he will try to drum of "ANYTHING" to try and divert the situations from disclosure, and hide by deflections attempts to push the focus on anyone and anything, and then he will push an agenda to seeking someone to blame... hoping that it will get the heat off him and ease his fears.
He know he never had a plan, other than to "be desperate for "Tax breaks", the man "detest paying taxes", his daddy was a "government fleece'r" and he inherited all of that. As to "Taxes" this man is like a Parasite, as demonstrated by the tax credits he forced by threat upon people who did not have the authority to deny it, and he wants to find a way, that All that he fleeces can be passed on to the "greed trained kids" of his, and he wants the same for the rest of the wealthy people. That is the Core Basis of His Agenda.
If he wanted to do something about TAX... simply push a bill or plan, that makes it possible for people in a 2 yrs window to bring their money back to the U.S. at a rate of 10-12%. and add in that single people making under 50k a year pay a rate of 15%...and married couples of 4 person household pay 18% on everything under 140K. Start Up Business beginning in 2018, have 5 yrs of fixed rate 10% tax, to give them time to stabilize. And put a fixed cap on Deduction for Categories of Corporate Deduction that show profits above $10 million.
This puts the money in the hands of people and people can save, invest and create business as they stimulate the economy. But at NO TIME, should people be have something thrust upon them, that tells they to "Rely on the Wealth" yet again.... We saw that madness with the Reagan Administrations debacle.
