Me and you have been down this road, it's because most people don't want or can't afford tolls for roads or tuition for grade school

WRONG, its up to the people to decide, our elected leaders are only there to do what the people want them to do, NOT make up their own minds and blow off what the people have decided in an election.

The people of Maine need to be demanding his resignation and for the election outcome to be officially recognized, if there is any resistance, its simple, remove them from power.

The constitution gives us the right to remove Govts from power if they overstep their bounds, even to use force if necessary.

Thats what people of Maine should bring up, if they are going to overlook what the people want based on health and safety, tobacco needs to be treated in the same manner, let see how fast he changes his mind then!

True. But Trump, Pence, and Sessions are NOT pro cannabis. And right now, they're the Rs who count on this issue.

And most people who were adults in 1937 are dead.

The governor of Maine has no respect for the will of the people, apparently.
That's what happens when you elect a Republican instead of a conservative.
