It means cutting unnecessary government jobs that tax payers have to pay for. We could save a ton of money if they would just cut all the jobs that are redundant or not useful anymore but it seems if something is started on the hill they can't get rid of it even if it is not needed anymore.

Government waste is a huge problem.
