This is not a poll in search of an opinion, it is a pre-existing opinion in search of a poll that will support it. This is how the left runs polls. They do not use them to reflect or discover people's opinions they use them to try to shape people's opinions. Simply another propaganda tool.

GOP or democrats, both tax the middle-class. I am amused by those on there left crying about a tax increase when all they ever talk about is how taxes are good for society. What they really mean is taxes are good as long as they aren't the ones paying them. The ACA was a massive tax increase for most of us. No complaints from the left though, after all they are the ones who did it to us.
My taxes won't be going up. My cost of living is going to drop by 50%. My health insurance will cost me about $1200 a year with a $400 deductible. That includes vision and dental and prescriptions. No thanks to the ACA, the democrats or the GOP. There is a world out there and some places manage their healthcare far better than we do.

Our taxes will most likely be going down, even though we live in a high cost of living area.

We=We The People. I can't think of any benefit my neighbors are getting having to pay more for less.

Companies hire more when demand increases, demand increases when consumers have more money to spend. This tax bill is raising taxes on a lot of consumers so there will be less money to spend.

$2,026 savings ....... I always knew I would be better off with the Tax Reform.

Both my children will also be better off, particularly the single one who is a renter.

Yes, we can see exactly how committed the GOP is to making sure some of the savings trickles down
how can anyone look at the huge pay gap the last 20 years and believe things will change?

Interest rates will rise in the coming months and servicing the debt will only increase. We are overdue for a recession and I can see the treasury yield curve starting to flatten out. What happens to revenues then?

These are my concerns and the reasons for my opposition is that it is anything but tax reform. Toyman, I don't think that I confused you with what I said, but I surely confused those who responded bitterly with their one line responses.

All of a sudden many on the left are concerned about the debt and deficit.
You fail to make your case when your facts come from TV shows.
You are not really quick enough are you?

Trickle Down Economics has never worked in the past. Never. What makes anyone think it will work THIS time?

Please don't swallow the Kool Aid and let 98% of us be screwed yet again.

This is a toxic proposed tax bill if you're not super-rich.
