Just for kicks, I often like to compare the headlines being reported by liberal (CNN) and conservative (Foxnews) outlets. This morning I looked at both websites. Top three stories:

CNN -
1) Hurdles that the GOP faces in getting their tax plan through the Senate, and the different amendments that have been proposed.
2) The acquittal of the illegal alien in the CA murder case
3) Indications that White House would like to replace Rex Tillerson as Sec of State

Fox -
1) The acquittal of the illegal alien in the CA murder case
2) Something about the meeting between Janet Lynch and Bill Clinton, 18 months ago
3) Matt Lauer's sexual harrassment claims

The Senate tax bill, which one way or another is going to impact every single American, was not even mentioned anywhere on the first page of Fox's website. The Sec of State is 4th in line of Presidential succession, and oversees a budget of $50 billion and 70,000 employees. Fox reads like a tabloid.

Any news on Al Franken's sexual misconduct or resignation?

I too flip to Faux News on occasion and am always shocked at their coverage. And their guests....inevitably it is Faux Friends fawning over perpetual losers like former UN ambassador John Bolton who had zero gravitas even when he held that position for under a year.
