Noticing slurred speech isn't exactly an attack.

But even if it was--Trump attacks people all the time, so what's wrong with it?

It is like he has difficulty reading and talking at the same time. Trump is not a very smart guy and during these speeches it is painfully obvious.

I also noticed that he had a serious oompa loompa thing going on with his orange makeup. Even more than usual. It looks like he is in serious decline and trying to cover it up.
Sounds like an impeachable offense. Rush the video over to Al Green.

Attack? Pretty objective observation. My link is from the NYP, who endorsed trump.

My party did really well in elections last month, and I expect even better in 18. No child molesters on our tickets.

LMAO, conservatives made even bigger deals about the size of Obama's lapel pins. I would think that no matter what side of the political fence you are on, a President slathered in orange makeup slurring words during a major speech with worldwide implications would be a concern.

It's only appropriate that the originator of so much Fake News has Fake Teeth.

I heard every word President Trump said.
So your post sounds very biased.

He was probably having a TIA. He is long over due for a major health event, given his poor diet, stress level, lack of exercise and lack of sound sleeping habits. A person can have dozens of little TIA's like that that last just seconds before having a major event in the brain.

Nah, its very simple, his throat/mouth was obstructed by a build-up of mucus.
And I recall a recent speech where his voice did exactly the same thing and he drank water mid-speech and his voice became perfect after drinking the water.

If he was having a TIA of course pausing to take a drink of water would give him enough time for the slurred speech to pass. They can come and go just that fast when TIAs start and the episodes can happen off and on for months before the BIG ONE that ends you in the hospital.
