Uh... It is a constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

What amendment in the constitution does it state the right to terminate conception, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to abort shall not be infringed.

You really don't want to go there. Let's take Texas as an example of States Rights when it comes to abortion. The STATE tried to severely limit it and guess what? SCOTUS trampled on those "states rights" and shot 'em down much to the glee of the abortion rights crowd.
This has happened with several states over the years so your argument is, well, laughable...

So, you don't like the Constitution that protects the freedom that you and the states enjoy?
Rights not assigned feds defer to local rule, per founding documents, which ail to cover concealed carry.

That is the keep part. I keep it in my pocket, or I keep it in my waistband.

Know them, or pay the price.

It isn't a 10th Amendment issue... Where I keep and where I bear arms is not in the Constitution either. That is my liberty to determine. Not the governments to add language to define it for me and taking my liberty.

McDonald v. Chicago.
