I used to believe voting was pointless and the whole game was rigged ahead of time, but once trump won, I thought I may be wrong about that....the more I see whats going on and how things are progressing, I think I was right beforehand, trump was part of the plan all along, and its just a very clever deception, designed to fool majority of people, no matter if they are dems or repubs.
What's the saying? IF voting really mattered the government wouldn't let us do it.

Neither of those things was ever said.
At best, you are talking about When Barack Obama was talking and specific automotive jobs that had be automated. Those jobs arent coming back, no one disputes that.
And no one said ISIS couldnt be defeated. This is why everything cant be boiled down to a sound bite. What you are likely referring to was commentary(lead by Mattis himself) that ISIS is an idea and there for no Army in and of itself can defeated, and only a better idea could.
Thats not the same thing as saying ISIS(the military force) cant be defeated.
What has he destroyed ?
All around my area I see new construction. New businesses opening up in new buildings. New and large apartment complexes under construction. Hundreds of new homes with pools being offered for sale and selling.
And odds are they were going way before Trump took office. Now lie and tell us that they weren't.
People who support hate spewing gay bashing conspiracy nut jobs who bother teenage girls in malls are likely to be more open to Trump's message...
People who support ripping live babies apart, in pieces, in the womb moments before birth takes place, are more likely to find Trump's message more to their liking.
Gender and bathroom policy are of little concern to the unborn who won't be buyers in the malls.

There is just no way in hell a tyrannical govt like the one we have would allow someone to be elected who could disrupt everything they have built. There is too much 'structure' involved anyway, presidents and administrations are very temporary, they come and go every 4-8 yrs, the ones truly in charge are lifers, behind the curtains at all times.
catch phrases like 'drain the swamp' are designed solely to fool the public, in reality, 'the swamp' cannot be drained, it is intertwined thru EVERYTHING, draining the swamp would require a total reset, removing this govt from power and starting over from scratch.
The stakes are way too high for them NOT to as well.

Just to note......Nancy Pelosi issued those words long before Trump. She is still in a leadership position with the (D)'s and that fact plays into why there is a President Trump to start with.
We can "drain the swamp". You are playing right into the hands of those who argue that the government can not do anything right. It can, but we refuse to hold it accountable.

So you see everything of value in this country in terms of money. Duly noted. What has he destroyed? How about the fact that he's devaluing the concepts of Truth, fairness, kindness, inclusion, due process, separation of religion and state,, freedom of the press for starters. How about the fact that he's single highhandedly mainstreamed electing a man of no moral character, an admitted adulterous and sexual predator, a cheat and a liar, a petty man who will stop at nothing to get even with anyone he thinks has slighted him? A man who is a poor-p*ss example of how most people want their children to grow up to be. So, yes, he is destroying American values.
