Trump is once again endangering national security by actively undermining US Intelligence Agencies especially in confronting Russian interference in the US political system. Trump is such a lightweight, or mentally ill, he can't handle such information and his aides must tiptoe around the issue when they are with him. Or is there another reason? The Manchurian President?
Quote:
His position has alienated close American allies and often undercut members of his Cabinet — all against the backdrop of a criminal probe into possible ties between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin....
Nearly a year into his presidency, Trump continues to reject the evidence that Russia waged an assault on a pillar of American democracy and supported his run for the White House.
He is totally intrigued and impressed by authoritarian and even ruthless regimes. Given his admiration for Putin, there is no mystery as to why he is dismissive of the findings of the U.S. intelligence agencies. Plus, any work undertaken while Obama was president and then concluded in his first year will never be acknowledged as legitimate as the assault on his predecessor continues. He is what he is ... a birther, bigot, abuser of women, pathological liar, smug egotist and malignant narcissist. People do not change especially when they are 71.
With an unhinged, tds left, it appears we are at least halfway unstable already. Putin’s evil genius worked apparently. We’d a been up s***crick if old hiLIARy woulda won. If Putin wanted to ruin us..

Maybe one day, Trumpists will stop being Trump butt-boys and start looking at what is good for the nation.

Hmm "work undertaken while Obama was president"? Like freeing Terrorists who would go back to killing Americans? Destroying a Sovereign nation, Libya, which led to the deaths of thousands, a nation who never did any harm to us? Providing arms to rebels in Syria, some who were Al Queda and ISIS, which led to the deaths of tens of thousands and millions homeless? Using a billion dollars in cruise misiles, which hit hospitals and killed children? Calling the murder of Service men at Ft. Hood work place violence when Nidal Hasan actually admitted it was Terrorism?
Imagine if Trump did all of the above. Only the beloved Peace Prize winner Obama could pull of the above, and still have the admiration of his admirers
"Trumpists", "butt-boys"? Sounds like the childish names you accuse others of using
"Trumpist" is not necessarily a derogatory term as it defines a person's views and political affiliation.
"Butt-boy"...well, you have me on that one...remembered that word from my old Don Imus listening days, though the word does accurately reflect a person's reflect action to carry water for a person or point of view without critical thought.
In this case, denial of all evidence that points to Russian interference in US election, and a president who refuses to accept the obvious. Thus putting the national security of this nation in peril.
WaPo: CIA Has Obtained Putin's Orders to Hack 2016 Election
"Trump has repeatedly denied U.S. intelligence findings about Russian interference, and both he and Putin have insisted the claims were made up by Democrats to justify the election loss by Hillary Clinton. But the Washington Post reported Thursday that Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper Jr., CIA Director John Brennan and FBI Director James B. Comey met with Trump on Jan. 6 to report the CIA “had captured Putin’s specific instructions on the operation.”
Trump still insists Russia didn't interfere in the 2016 election, despite the conclusions of US and EU intellligence agencies.
