Twisting words here.... The tax bill is not responsible for the good will. It's the rich, evil CEOs investing in their people. The tax bill is providing a new environment for investment. It's an indirect factor.

Where's your reasons for the benefits doing harm?

The Democrats are happy with minimum wage increases because NONE of the gains from the payoffs listed above accrue to actual minimum wage earners!

i.e. if not for Democrats, minimum wage earners would continue to lose purchasing power to inflation.

GOP tax cuts = $15/mo for MW workers. Soon to be followed by $100/mo rent hikes when rents necessarily skyrocket.

Merry Christmas!

These bonuses actually offer a good illustration of how the tax cuts will hasten the economic downfall of many low-wage workers who have never seen a bonus.

Those bonus babies now have more money in their pockets, and combined with the extra dollars in everyone else's pockets, rents will necessarily skyrocket and many low-wage workers will find themselves worse off than before the tax cuts.

Yes, rents will necessarily skyrocket when hundreds of billions of dollars are added to consumer pockets.

i.e. doesn't bother me if tens of millions get hundreds of billions in tax cuts, but it does bother me when tens of millions bid up rents and I have to pay more.

What better time to raise the rent than when you KNOW your customers got a tax cut?

90% of the companies listed are banks or bank-related. Anyone remember the big bank crisis...wasn't that long ago. Here we go.....again.

I think the tax bill was the primary factor responsible for these benefits, while obviously not the only factor,
