People who use their religion as a basis for discrimination are the absolute worst and are driving young people away from the Church.
God called homosexuality an abomination. Let's get to the root of the word.

I'm legitimately curious to hear your answer to that question as not even the most loony of state legislatures have required such (even though many churches have voluntarily decided to do so). That is discriminating against people who do not adhere to your religion, but no legal scholar seriously disputes that it is within the a church's right to refuse to do so. So where to we draw the line is the next most logical question? Does the freedom of religion stop with actual churches? Is John Doe not allowed to utilize the same religious freedom argument as the church? IMO, when government starts to take a position that John Doe is not, government gets in trouble as they are picking and choosing what is "legitimate" religious practice vs. what is not. Every action is not in good taste. But the Constitution protects the unpopular, too.
No a church cannot be forced to marry a same sex couple, but that's apples and oranges in this case. Same sex marriage pertains to the government and a binding contract between two individuals. That's why there's separation of church and state.

Enough with the divisive Faux news hysteria. America has bigger fish to fry right now.

You don't speak for God and neither do two bakers.

He said he would sell them a cake, he just would not write on their what they wanted.
These two problem immature men should of just have taken their business elsewhere like most people would.
I wonder if they will pocket this money or donate it to a gay organization to help gay relations as this is why they sued.
I will bet my last dollar they pocket it.

LOL. People want to discriminate against literally everyone, so that's not an answer.

It's because the government wants to discriminate against non-gays.

There is no such distinction.

Would you be okay if a baker refused to make a cake for a unwed mother for her childs birthday or a african american couple?
