One would think, but Trump's election and the blind devotion of the worst his supporters is a damning indictment of our nation. Objectively speaking, President Camacho from Idiocracy would be a better president than Trump:
Camacho understood his limitations and sought out the most intelligent person he could find to fix the nation's problems. Trump, on the other hand, is a blithering idiot who thinks he knows everything and who surrounds himself with parasites and morons.
Camacho, at some personal risk, saved the hero's life at the end of the movie. Trump would never risk a cent for anyone else
Finally, Camacho gave credit where it was due and rewarded the hero of Idiocracy. Trump steals credit from everyone else, and his insane cultist followers do the same.

Actually, I betcha any of the media who gets this "award" will show it proudly, because, well, it just goes to show how right they are about trump.
Everybody needs a participation award. Just like we got in elementary school. Perfect attendance award, physical fitness award, reading award, grooming award and my favorite the "recess award". And last but not least the "Plays Well With Others Award".
