It's basically a Senior Network Engineer saying he hates Trump and is working with the DOJ... or is willing to work with the DOJ, if they need information on Trump. He characterizes their snooping abilities as "Big Brother-ish".
O'Keefe notes the stand Twitter took with Apple when they fought the DOJ on unlocking the Apple phone of a terrorist in San Bernadino... but not so much in this case. Here - they are just giving up info simply because it's about Trump.
