Trump refuses to commit to Mueller interview

Quote:
President Trump said Wednesday it is “unlikely” he will have to sit down with special counsel Robert Mueller for an interview, arguing that there was "no collusion" between his campaign and Russia.
Quote:
“We’ll see what happens,” the president said when pressed by a reporter on Wednesday. “When they have no collusion … it seems unlikely that you’d even have an interview.”

Ha ha. Like he has a choice. Donny thinks he is above the law. This will be entertaining. It will be like one of those standoffs where the uncooperative witness takes hostages.

So which is it?

The thread title says "SEEMS UNLIKELY" yet the link you provide says "TRUMP REFUSES".

Oh, I get it, 1 sounds neutral, the other sounds bad...got it

I used his exact words in the thread title.

The Hill says "refuses to commit".

Trump's statements ('seems unlikely' and 'we'll see what happens') are the topic of the thread.

Why would he have a meeting about Russian collusion when there was none... I would not give it a second of any worth... Mueller has run out of people to investigate and decides to stage a crime and hoping somebody messes up by talking... no thanks...

It says refuses to commit. That's different from saying he's refusing to do it at all.
