No need to make excuses for his forgetfulness now except what he does is due to the "Content of his character". Course his psychiatric state was NOT assessed either. That's up for debate regardless of cognitive levels at present.
Doc said mental and cognitive health is good. He didn't see the need to give Trump a cognitive test but Trump asked for the toughest one and passed with flying colors. Cardiac health is excellent due to no smoking and drinking.
