If President Trump's first year in office seemed chaotic from a staffing perspective, there's a reason. Turnover among top-level staff in the Trump White House was off the charts, according to a new Brookings Institution report.
Turnover in Trump's first year was more than triple that in former President Barack Obama's first year, and double the rate in President Ronald Reagan's White House. A full 34 percent of high-level White House aides either resigned, were fired or moved into different positions in this first year of the Trump presidency.
While some turnover is expected and possibly beneficial, excessive turnover portends problems," writes Kathryn Dunn Tenpas, a nonresident senior fellow in governance studies at the Brookings Institution. "[President Trump] has valued loyalty over qualifications and suffered from a White House that has functioned in a chaotic manner. Both features have made it difficult to retain staff and have contributed to the governance difficulties he has encountered."
Trump has hired an overwhelming amount of women for senior-level positions in the White House....
Although Trump has reached a level of achievement that no other president has come close to, he has received no credit for his choice of women in his cabinet and in the West Wing.

That sounds like a perfect and great leader. If a person doesn't function you go to the next and don't stick with a bad employee just to look nice for the outside.
That's how great businesses have been created in free markets. The best employees stay and the bad ones make place for better ones. That makes everyone perform better.
I'm all for free markets and not for what looks good to some who actually never will agree with whatever Trump does.
Just fake opinions to hide they don't like one thing Trump does.
If Trump does exactly what they want they will still disagree as by now we know how the left acts! Like little
Spoiled kids that didn't get their flavor!

There's a lot of deep state democrats who need to be flushed out. But I love how the left tries to SPIN it into a negative on Trump. They try to make it sound like Trump doesn't know what he's doing, he's a terrible leader, everything is out of control. Nonsense! For someone who is supposed to be "early onset dementia" Trump is sure doing a great job. Economy booming because of Trump's policies and his rhetoric.

As I've been saying all along there is no difference between the left and the right. Thank you for pointing that out.
We don't need any news source to tell us that this administration has been one revolving door after another. He can't keep people, they either leave because of some scandal, or they bail out. Trump has always been a one man show, and does not play well with others. I can not begin to imagine what working with this man would be like.
Spicer, and the rest that had and have gotten up there to defend him must take long showers at the end of each day.
