I guess now the mayor of Baltimore thinks that demolishing the buildings and relocating the projects tenants many of them are career heroin dealers to different areas and nicer units.

Baltimore would not have the issues it has if people were paying market rate rents or owned their homes. No one to blame but itself for all it's problems.

11,000 welfare housing units just in the city of Baltimore.

Government housing should be restricted to seniors and physically disabled or ill.

How do you come to your conclusions? Most of those being accused of pushing opiods here own their own homes. It most certainly has not stopped them.
